Activities to Maintain Health and Fitness

Keeping in mind the importance of physical education in a student’s life and under the “Fit India Movement” launched by the Honorable Prime Minister, the school organized an extensive programme to celebrate Fit India Week from November 29 to December 04, 2021. The meticulously designed activities included Fit India Freedom Run, Yoga, Free hands exercises in Assembly for all, Mental Fitness Activities (Ex. Debates, Symposium, Fitness Talks), and other physical activities for all the students including Dance, Aerobics, Yoga, Taekwondo, Rope-Skipping, Gardening, etc. The school has also earned a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports for spreading awareness about a fit and healthy lifestyle.
