‘SAKSHAM’ 2021 a special event held on Gandhi Jayanti

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the school participated in an online event Saksham 2021 conducted by Salwan Public School, Gurugram. The aim of the competition was to provide equal opportunity to the students with disabilities and encourage them to become responsible and involved citizens. The event was contested by the disabled students of 1st  to 12th standard from the schools of Delhi/NCR. The contest revived the vision of Gandhiji whose heart was utterly incapable of making any distinctions among human beings as Rich and Poor, Relatives and Strangers, Indians and Foreigners, Able and Disabled.

Bushra Siddiqui of Class VI won the second position in the Category ‘Poster  Making ‘ whereas Aarav Sharma of class I  won the second position in the Category ‘Fancy Dress.’
