House System

The school follows a House System wherein students from classes III to XII are uniformly placed. This system gives the students ample opportunities to interact with other students via Inter- House Competitions, House Assemblies and different cultural programmes. This exercise aims to promote a harmonious growth and exchange of ideas in a competitive learning environment.

Name of the Houses with Motto

The students are divided into four houses and each house is named after Nobel Laureates and visionaries whose vision and virtues are benchmarks of commitment, selfless dedication, and success. Qualities of leadership, teamwork, zeal and enthusiasm are fostered through this system. The names of the Houses with Motto are as follows: –

Each House is led by a Captain and Vice-Captain who are responsible for the overall discipline of the house. Marshals are selected from each class to assist in maintaining discipline in the school.

Aim of Inter-House Competitions

Inter-House Competitions are held to infuse the child with the spirit of camaraderie, competitiveness, and cohesion at the grass root level. They are groomed from time to time to develop necessary skills such as Self-Direction, inventiveness, Problem Solving, Analytical, Evaluative Skill, Decision-Making Skills, and Interpersonal Communication.

Student Council Elections

In the month of May, students from class III onwards elect their Head Boy and Head Girl on a democratic set up by voting system. The student council helps the school administration in taking decisions to run the school efficiently.

For Primary and Senior wing- Head Boy and Head Girl are selected separately based on their leadership skills, academic performance, and co-curricular participation.
